Working With Me
What Empower means to me: To me, empower means supporting you through the pursuit of your goals, and finding the right tools to help you do so. Regardless of what support you may need, the capacity to reach your goals is already within you!
My Philosophy: I believe that everybody is worthy of living a life that they love. The journey to getting there looks different for each person, and there is no “right way” to do it, but it is very possible. I am here to wholly support you through your personal journey, and empower you with the tools that feel right for you!
What sessions with me look like: In sessions with me, you can expect a warm and collaborative space to work together on whatever you may need. Just bring yourself, and I will meet you where you are with empathy and compassion. Together, we will explore any challenges or stressors that you may be facing, and work through them in a way that works for you. We will explore new skills and thinking patterns that align with your values and needs, and use them to reach your goals both inside and outside of our sessions. With authenticity and zero judgement, I will be there to support you through all of it.

EDUCATION
Pace University, Pleasantville, NY – M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, Expected August 2027
Binghamton University, Binghamton, NY – B.A. in Psychology, Minor in Education, May 2024
Since my own adolescence, I have been interested in psychology and understanding the mind. The thoughts, lived experiences, and contexts that make us all our own unique individuals and shape our lives has long been an interest of mine. Throughout my collegiate studies I focused on psychological research, primarily on understanding human cognition. I always felt a strong pull, though, towards more therapeutic, person-centered work. As fascinating and rewarding as research was, I couldn’t deny the feeling that I belonged in counseling, working alongside and connecting with others. I pivoted my focus towards mental health counseling, and have never regretted it.
It is truly a great honor to get to connect with and support individuals of all backgrounds and experiences every day. I have a great love for this field, and hope to serve as a source of support and deep empathetic understanding through my work. As your counselor, I am privileged to connect with you and join you on your journey towards your goals.
