Working With Me
What Empower means to me: Uncovering and living as the most authentic version of yourself through tenacity, understanding, and self-acceptance. When you’re empowered, you have power and control over your own life.
My Philosophy: Through a journey of self-reflection, you will realize and appreciate your own strength. You must reach deeper, to your core, in order to find your purpose, happiness, and potential. Researcher and storyteller Brene Brown once said, “Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.” I believe this sentiment is truly possible for anyone willing to face their fears and dig a little deeper.
What sessions with me look like: I want to move beyond making you feel a little better. I want to present you with new cognitive and emotional skills, work with you to overcome trauma, build better relationships and ultimately become the best version of yourself.
When you step into a session with me, understand that you’re entering a safe space and the beginning of a partnership. The foundation of this partnership is empathy, compassion and support. As your ally, I’m not only listening to your words, I’m also supporting your path to health.

EDUCATION
I obtained my Bachelor’s in psychology Degree from Mount Saint Mary University and I am in the process of completing my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University.
More About Me
I’ve had an interest in communicating with others since I was young. As I grew up, I further understood the impact and importance of an emotional support system. I’m thankful to my parents and sister for their guidance and patience, and I look forward to providing the same for my clients.
I love solving both practical and theoretical problems. When I was a freshman in college, I knew my ultimate career goal was to help people find the beauty and uniqueness within themselves. As I dove deeper into the field of Psychology, I became captivated by the power of the human mind, our emotions, and our actions.
