Working With Me
What Empower means to me: Empowerment is helping others recognize and embrace who they truly are.
My Philosophy: I believe that the world is lucky to have you. When we live as our authentic selves, the world benefits, but being genuine and fully embracing who we are can be challenging. Vulnerability, self-acceptance, and openness are practices we develop over time, and therapy provides the space to learn and cultivate those skills.
What sessions with me look like: Sessions with me are a collaborative experience. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to listen and support you. Together, we create a space free of judgment, where we can explore how various aspects of your life shape your experiences. We’ll work to uncover the patterns and beliefs that influence you and your perspective while fostering self-compassion and greater confidence in your true self. Our work together will help you gain insight into and transform the way you relate to yourself and others.

More About Me
Ever since I was young, I’ve been intensely interested in understanding what drives people. What creates connections and makes people happy? I found that a critical aspect of fulfillment in a person’s life is relationships. Whether platonic, romantic, or familial, I’ve always believed that relationships are an inevitable part of life, but that doesn’t mean we always navigate them perfectly. I’m passionate about nurturing meaningful connections and understanding how they shape our world. To me, people are defined by a network of relationships, with each connection influencing who we become. I see human development as a dynamic process shaped by the interaction between individuals and their environment. This deep desire to help others cultivate healthy relationships with themselves and others, combined with genuine curiosity and love for the human experience, inspired me to pursue a career in therapy. In the future, I plan to pursue a PhD or PsyD to expand my knowledge further and hopefully contribute research to this field that I am deeply passionate about.
