Working With Me
What Empower means to me: To me, empowerment is the inner strength that helps people rise above challenges and difficulties. When one is empowered they have the ability to conquer any obstacle they may face.
My Philosophy: I will provide a welcoming and affirming environment to all of my clients. My main focus will be to help clients optimize their full potential with discussions based on individual strengths, challenges and aspirations through a culturally sensitive lens. I want each client that I work with to be their true and authentic self, as we work to celebrate their unique identities.
What sessions with me look like: My personal philosophy is that by utilizing effective skills and resources , people are able to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and achieve their desired goals. I believe that this mindset not only empowers individuals to optimize their potential, but also encourages a continuous journey of self- improvement and fulfillment.

More About Me
I always knew that I wanted to help people, but it wasn’t until I saw the need for mental health services in my own community that I knew what my contribution to society would be. There are major disparities in mental health treatment which is why I am so passionate about helping individuals who do not have equal access to the resources they need to become the best version of themselves. My goal is to help all people no matter what they identify as or where they are from. Everyone deserves quality care, and that is what I hope to provide to all of my clients!
